- As the owner and visionary behind Springboard Northwest, Jean brings to her coaching 30 years of experience as a professional communicator. She is equally a performance artist and a businessperson who has the unique ability to foster self-confidence and empower others to step into their creative potential. Jean holds a bachelor of arts degree in children's theatre from the University of Washington and a master's in speech communication from Western Washington University. She has worked in sales, marketing, and customer service for more than 30 years. She regularly teaches public speaking classes and leads communication skills workshops for businesses and institutions throughout the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
